||The Truth is a Presence, not a thing, a fact, a statement. Some One is present, a warmhearted Friend, an all-powerful Lord.||
-{From the devotional Streams In The Desert}
It's so special when we recognize that the Father's presence is always with us. Even when we don't recognize Him, He is still with us. It's been a beautiful thing to wrap my mind around when I'm at work and feeling like the world is against me whenever I screw an order up or say the wrong thing.
How often we choose not to recognize and believe His presence is there. EVEN when we aren't focused on Him, even when we aren't feelin' it, even in those sore moments of embarrassment or mishaps He is there. Waiting for us to recognize that He's been there, loving, whispering truth, extending peace and comfort.
If we could realize His presence is there in that moment of shame or regret, I bet you we could walk away with a smile still on our faces and joy still in our hearts. Why? Because when we recognize His presence is there with us in those moments, it opens the ability for Him to speak His encouragement and truth over us because He has our full attention.
It is a special treasure that can be rediscovered every time we recognize this warmhearted Friend and all-powerful Lord that is standing by our side through it all.

Wow. Total Amen Lizzie! This is so true and I've been learning this. You're so right when you say that in our every day mishaps the Lord is right there waiting for us to just acknoledge his presence and delight in Him regardless. Praying that God help you in your job. To learn is to fail and then to try again until we get it. It's amaaaaziiing though that God offers us joy in the midst of that. Have a great day Lizzie!!! God bless!
Aww thanks so much Deya! You're so sweet and encouraging. Yes! We definitely do learn when we fail. God uses mistakes to train us and to grow us. It's when we get back up and try again with God's strength is where we learn and He pours His truth and training over us.
Thank you for your lovely comment :)
