Even if the whole earth is flipped up side down I will still trust in the Lord.
Even if there is no hope anywhere around me I will still trust in God.
Even if every person stands against me I will still trust in the Lord.
Even if the whole world is filled with darkness I will trust in the Lord.
Sometimes we get so rapped up in our busy lives we forget that God is there in control. And we seem to be driving down the road in the wrong direction. But if we move over and let God drive, He will keep us from crashing into anything. He will show us His loving ways.
Why do we always feel so guarded that we can't even let God know what is going on in our lives?
Why don't we trust His ways? What is holding us back from sliding over and letting God drive???
So many questions...
God is so gentle and loves you so much. He is asking the same questions! Why don't you trust Me to take over the wheel? Why don't you let Me drive you down the safe road? Why do you want to drive down the broken road where there is no good?
Why do you always want to do it your way????
But He does not hate us for doing stuff our own way. He gives us that choice. But
He grieves seeing us try to do it our own way. Why don't we just let it go and trust God with our lives? He doesn't want to hurt you! He wants to take control of your life to keep you from brokenness. He is a loving God. Why do we sometimes take that in vain, and say "Well, if He is a loving God why doesn't He want me to do it my way?"
Because He loves you so much He wants to see you harmless. It grieves Him when He sees us go our own way than come running to Him with broken hearts!
But if we would have trusted Him in the beginning we wouldn't have to be healed and would still be whole!
Give everything you have to Him, friends. He will keep you safe, He won't harm you!
